We will work quickly to resolve the matter and provide further instructions to you for returning or exchanging the merchandise.

All Returns or Exchanges require pre-authorization. Please be sure to send us an email to obtain authorization. Returns mailed back to us without a prior authorization will not be accepted from the carrier and returned back to you.
