Pricing and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Currently, we only charge sales tax if you are located in Pennsylvania.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at CafeAnatolia@CafeAnatolia.com  for further assistance.  Please state all pertinent information in your Email (Order #, your name, telephone number and explain the problem).
How much is shipping?
 
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items ordered and the zip code of where it will be shipped.  You will see your shipping charges before you check out your shopping cart.
 
Small, lightweight items can be shipped via First Class Mail for about $4.00.  Priority Mail begins at $5.99 for items weighing less than ¼ pound, $7.99 for up to 1 pound, $8.99 for up to 2 pounds, etc.
 
For orders weighing over 4 pounds you are given an option of either U.S. Priority Mail or Fed Ex Home Delivery (Fed Ex Ground Service) so you can choose the shipping option you would prefer based on the charges.
 
IN-STORE PICKUP:
If you are in the Pittsburgh area and would like to save on shipping by picking up your order at our Restaurant (Located in Carnegie, PA) please choose IN-STORE PICKUP when placing your order. We'll notify you when the order is at the Restaurant and ready for pick up.
 
Need it Faster?
If you require Overnight, Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping, just let us know and we will get a rate for you.
When will my credit appear on my account?
 

We will issue the credit to your credit card immediately, however, after we issue the credit it may not appear on your credit card account until the next billing cycle.  This is out of our control and is determined by your credit card company.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). We do not charge your credit card until your order has actually been shipped.
