To Order by MAIL:

You will first need to send us an email (cafeanatolia@cafeanatolia.com) to let us know the items you would like to order, the quanities needed and your shipping address.

For Mail Orders, we accept payment by Check or Money Order

After you send us an Email letting us know what you would like to order, the quanities needed and your shipping address, we will then be able to provide you with a total for your order along with shipping so you will know the exact amount for the check or money order. We will also receive our further information on where to send your Mail Order Payment.

Your order will not be processed or shipped until your payment has arrived and has cleared the bank.

One this link page you will find a PDF format "Fax Order Form". Just Type in the information, click on the Print button located in the top right corner and then Fax your order to us.

| How can I send a Gift? |

If your items are a gift, we can gift wrap them for you and send them directly to the recipient. Deliver your gift already wrapped in our high-quality heavy weight ‘Golden Glow’ gift wrap. "Golden Glow" is a gold gift wrap with a slight sheen to it. Gift wrapping includes a decorative ribbon bow and a gift tag. Gift Boxes and Gift Bags are also available for purchase (See Gift Boxes) and are highly recommended for jewelry, glassware or other breakable items, etc. If a gift box is not purchased for an item selected for gift wrapping, it will be wrapped as is – without a box, and we will do our best to make it presentable.
When having a gift shipped directly to the recipient, the Sales Receipt will be sent to you and only a packing slip and gift notice will be included in the package.
We can also enclose a small gift card at no additional charge. Please let us know what you would like your gift card to say (short messages only please).
Please write a note to us within your order letting us know that it is a gift so we will be sure not to include the Sales Receipt in the package. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, the order can only be changed by sending us an email (cafeanatolia@cafeanatolia.com) letting us know what you need to change. |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL and GOOGLE CHECKOUT. Please note: Orders are not shipped until payment is received.
